I have completed the following fire risk assessment/

fire safety related courses:

5-day residential training course entitled 'Fire Safety Management'

(Stage 1) gaining the CFPA E Certificate

3-day Fire Risk Assessment training course approved by the Institution of Fire Engineers organised by the Northern Ireland Fire Safety Panel presented by C.S. Todd & Associates Ltd.

Attended several training courses dealing with fire safety legislation and more importantly the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

Passed the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) to prove my competence of health and safety awareness issues

Fire Marshal training course organised by St. John Ambulance

Attended Leicester Polytechnic (now called De Montfort University) where I gained a B.Sc. (Hons) full-time degree in Building Surveying awarded in July 1991. My final year Honours dissertation was entitled 'Fire Precautions featured in Atrium Office Developments within Inner London'. 

I also have a BTEC 'HNC' and 'ONC' in Building Studies gained whilst attending York College of Arts and Technology.
